Hi, I’m Jessica Spivack Lowenstein, a community strategist and Fractional Head of Community. I help high-growth teams design and scale impactful communities that deepen engagement, drive retention, and build genuine relationships, online and IRL.
Most recently, I led Community & Events at Hampton and now serve as a Strategic Advsior. As Head of Community and one of the first hires, I created the community strategy for 1,000+ founders and CEOs. We hosted hundreds of events in 25+ cities, led dozens of retreats, and scaled our Slack community into what members called “the best thing on the internet.” The strategies I created helped us scale fast, boost retention, and build true member connection.
Before that, I led community at K50 Ventures, Company Ventures, Grand Central Tech, and OneTable, building and executing commuity and event strategies from scratch, while wearing plenty of hats along the way. As a passion project, I’ve hosted 50+ events for 300+ female founders, run fundraising AMAs with top VCs, and advised platforms like Lioness on authentic, community-first growth.
Now, I partner with founders and teams to launch, refine, or scale their community strategy. I’m a hustler who blends high-level strategy with hands-on execution and relationship-driven leadership. I also advise companies building tools for the community space.
Most importantly, I’m a mom to a delicious little boy and partner to my incredible husband Jeff. I love to cook, read and entertain. Nothing makes me happier than bringing people together over a shared meal.
